To further our growth and expansion, we are looking for a Cabinet Maker to help with onsite work including Check measures, warranty and customer support, internal work at Bayswater and to be part of our Melbourne Installation Team covering Melbourne and occasional country areas. As you can see, it is a varied role and would suit a motivated person of any age bracket to be involved in many different activities. Based out of Bayswater, you will be joining a busy, fun environment with a fantastic group of people who are passionate about bringing customers dreams to life.

Full Time Position

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm

The Role:

Reporting to the Installation Manager, this role is integral to the smooth running of the Installation Department.

The successful applicant will be responsible for processing warranty works on site visits as well as the assembly of specialised units at Bayswater.

We are looking for someone with solid cabinetry experience, excellent time management and prioritisation skills as well as a desire to deliver exceptional customer service. Some cabinet installation work is required but is not the main role of this position

Monitor customers warranties bookings and complete as required.

Manage warranty claim progress and report on warranty status

Liaise with Installations Manager to ensure matters are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner

Support the Installation Manager with a professional approach to all warranty enquiries and have good communication skills with clients.

Assemble specialized units as per order specification

Perform accurate Check Measures based on drawn plans and elevations

Complete installations of kitchens, laundries and other cabinet work as required.

Skills

At least 3 years experience in Kitchen installations, cabinet making or a similar industry

Attention to detail and highly accurate

True customer focus – ability to communicate information in a clear and logical manner.

Be self-motivated to complete daily tasks unsupervised.

Work to set time frames.
