Are you a detail-driven admin professional with a passion for education? Join our Digital Learning team as a Learning Support Officer for Short Courses, where you'll play a key role in shaping the experience of working professionals and career-focused students enrolled in our micro-credentials and professional certificate programs.

These short courses help engineers upskill, stay ahead of industry developments, and meet professional development requirements and you’ll be the driving force behind their smooth delivery. From enrolment to course completion, you’ll be the friendly, organised, and solutions-focused support person our learners rely on.

This is a fast-paced, ever-evolving role that’s perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces change, and enjoys testing out new ways to support students and improve processes. So, if you want to contribute to the professional growth of engineers around the world we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • First point of contact for student enquiries – you’ll provide timely and professional support for current and prospective learners
  • Support the student journey – guide students through registration, enrolment, webinar access, all the way through to course completion
  • Coordinate course delivery – schedule webinars, liaise with lecturers, upload and share materials, and issue completion certificates or digital badges
  • Maintain accurate records – update student and course data in the LMS and CRM systems
  • Monitor student progress – help identify underperforming students and step in to support them to succeed
  • Collaborate with international teams – coordinate offerings and schedules across global time zones
  • Champion quality delivery – work with the Digital Learning Manager to ensure every course meets our high standards in the growing micro-credential space
  • Train others – support lecturers and students in using webinar tools like BigBlueButton and Teams
  • Stay adaptable – contribute to evolving processes and continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative or student support roles (ideally in education or training but not essential)
  • A passion for lifelong learning and helping others succeed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management – you're the kind of person who always knows what’s next
  • A customer-first approach and ability to manage multiple priorities with ease
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in communications and data
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with the confidence to work independently
  • Tech savvy – confident with MS Office, Moodle (or similar LMS), and comfortable picking up new tools quickly

A background in education is not essential for this role. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude. If you enjoy helping others succeed, thrive in customer-facing roles, and are naturally organised and proactive, you’ll fit right in. What matters most is your desire to support the growth and development of others.
