As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the highest quality of foam products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.

Ensure the efficient and safe operation of production lines.

Perform quality checks and inspections to maintain product standards.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.

Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Current Forklift Licence - desirable.

Valid Australian driver’s license
