About the Role:

Join a leading food manufacturer as a skilled Maintenance Fitter, working on a 12-hour shift roster from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This role is perfect for an experienced fitter who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and enjoys a structured schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to meet operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter with relevant experience.
• Previous work experience in food manufacturing or a similar high-paced environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and automated systems is highly regarded.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
