Personal Injury Solicitor – All levels 2+ PAE

We are working with a well-established national law firm in personal injury who are looking for dedicated and experienced Solicitors to join its growing team. The firm is known for advocating on behalf of everyday Australians and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and legal outcomes for its clients.

The Role

This position will see you managing a portfolio of personal injury and workers compensation matters from initial client engagement through to resolution. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of client care, supporting junior team members, and contributing to ongoing improvements in service delivery and legal processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of workers compensation and personal injury matters

Provide timely, empathetic, and effective legal advice to clients

Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement within the practice

Liaise confidently with clients, insurers, and other key stakeholders

Contribute to the team’s overall performance and mentoring where needed

About You

At least two years’ post-admission experience in personal injury law or litigation

Excellent client-facing and advocacy skills

Proven ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines

Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to a supportive team culture
