We are looking for a challenger! Let's be honest… We are sick of traditional property management & real estate agencies. So we're looking for someone to help us change it up.

This role will be suitable for those with experience who also have the willingness to be better and grow with us.

You will be working with the Directors of the business to grow the portfolio and turn our small agency to a property management powerhouse. Where future expansion plans will involve you heading up the department.

Your responsibilities will include, maintaining relationships with our tenants and landlords, organising maintenance, conduct entry/exit inspections, routine inspections and some leasing inspections.

Some Small Requirements:

• Driver's licence & car

• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• An ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively

• Professional appearance

• A high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• A can-do attitude with a splash of energy

• Tech savvy with the willingness to embrace technology

Our agency works tirelessly for our clients, we do everything in our power to ensure all our clients have a positive experience (Whether tenant, buyer, seller or landlord).

There is a base salary, plus further commissions (Uncapped!) to be earned. The right package will be designed for the right candidate, this role is a Part Time role that could lead into Full Time for the right candidate.
