Systems Implementation Specialist / Malaga / 2-3 Month Contract / $60-$70.00 Per Hour / Flexible Working

Join a leading mining group that is dedicated to innovation and excellence in delivering world-class mining services. Our client is undergoing an exciting transformation and is seeking a Systems Implementation Specialist to guide the successful deployment of Employment Hero & Xero. The role is planned to last 2 - 3 months and has the potential to go further.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the final stage of the implementation of Employment Hero & Xero.
• Manage all aspects of the project, including planning, configuration and testing.
• Work hands-on to configure the systems to meet business requirements and optimise system performance.
• Oversee testing phases, ensuring full system functionality and accuracy
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth data migration and effective integration with existing systems.
• Provide expert guidance on award interpretation to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in implementing Employment Hero or Xero.
• Knowledge of payroll processes.
• Experience of system testing during implementation phases.
• Experience of asset management
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and resources.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across all levels.
