The Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Litigation Lawyer with experience in both estate disputes and general commercial litigation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected firm where you'll work closely with senior lawyers on a broad mix of contested estate matters and complex commercial disputes.

The role offers excellent variety, direct client engagement, and a real opportunity to grow this area further.

About You

You will ideally be a 3+ years in Estate Litigation with the following:

• Handle a diverse caseload of wills and estates matters in the areas of estate litigation, with a small amount of planning and estate administration.
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients.
• Communicate effectively and clearly with clients about the cost and time involved in their matters throughout the process.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Show exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.
• Uphold high levels of empathy and sensitivity in handling Wills and Estates matters.
• Mentor juniors in the team.
