At Talk Health Therapy, we empower our community through high-quality, person-centred care. We're growing, and we need a passionate Allied Health Assistant to join our supportive team. You'll work closely with our experienced physiotherapists, making a meaningful difference every day by helping participants achieve their goals in the Redcliffe, Caboolture, and Moreton Bay regions or Sunshine Coast areas.

This role provides exceptional flexibility - choose part-time or casual hours (20-35 hrs/week), structured around your lifestyle. After initial onboarding and training, you'll have the option to balance your schedule with support from our experienced senior staff.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting participants to achieve their goals through in-home and hydrotherapy sessions.

Collaborating closely with physiotherapists to deliver tailored care plans.

Attending care meetings, documenting client progress, and maintaining clear communication.

Participating actively in ongoing professional development.

Ensuring high-quality client care through empathetic and compassionate interactions.

Who You Are

Hold a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance.

Have a current Working with Children Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and Police Check.

Possess a valid Driver’s Licence.

Ideally experienced working alongside physiotherapists, particularly in community settings.

A strong communicator who thrives in collaborative team environments.

Myotherapy qualifications are highly regarded, though not essential.
