They are looking for a confident and switched-on accounts all-rounder to join their close-knit team.

The Role

As the Finance Officer, you will report to an extremely talented and approachable FC. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Accounts Payable

Daily disbursements

Weekly payment runs

Accounts Receivable

Invoicing clients

Assisting billing cycle (high volume)

Debtor collections

Handling transactional queries

For the right candidate, this role may evolve over time to focus on accounting-related tasks.

Your Background

To be considered for the Finance Officer role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

Prior experience with both AP and AR duties

Legal/professional services or financial services industry experience

Intermediate Excel skills (vlookups & pivot tables)

Experience with Billings and Disbursements is highly regarded
