Electel Resources Pty Ltd is a South Australian owned and operated Powerline Distribution contracting company based in North Plympton, South Australia.

We are currently seeking a reliable, pro-active and experienced Powerline Supervisor to join our team.

This position is responsible for the safe and quality success and cost-effective execution of powerline construction maintenance work across the State meeting productivity maintenance and repair obligations and other specific objectives.

This position is full time, based in Metro Adelaide

Essential Criteria:

Accredited Powerline Worker in Australia

Class C Drivers Licence

Previous experience in a leadership position

To be successful in this role you will require:

Previous experience as a Powerline Worker

Previous experience in a leadership position

Previous experience as a member of an operations management team would be well regarded.

Previous experience in SAPN distribution systems would be advantageous

Broad knowledge of the electricity generation and supply industries in South Australia

Knowledge of distribution line work construction and maintenance

Knowledge of transmission line work construction and maintenance

Tertiary qualifications directly relevant to Electel field operations would be an advantage

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Professional outlook and a ‘can-do’ attitude

Ability to successfully and continuously produce outcomes through the efforts of others

Ability to self-direct and work under pressure

Expertise in works planning and assessing and arranging job resource requirements

Ability to work in Microsoft Office Environment

Be prepared to undertake a National Police Check
