The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) leads the sustainable development of Western Australia’s regions and agriculture, aquaculture, food and fisheries sectors. About the opportunity
There is currently one (1) permanent position available for immediate filling.
This position will work closely with our diversity and inclusion, workforce development and learning and development team members. It will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating organisational development programs and hands-on strategies and plans to provide DPIRD with the diverse talent pipelines and programs to take us into the future.

How?
We are looking for individuals with:
Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of organisational development initiatives, including talent development, diversity and inclusion, and learning and development programs.
A proactive approach to developing others and a commitment to sharing knowledge to enhance organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
Ability to think critically to assess solutions and impacts to solve problems and enhance effectiveness
