About the Opportunity

We’re excited to offer a part-time opportunity at our beautifully designed, modern 102-place centre in the heart of Woodlands. This role is perfect for a passionate Early Childhood Educator ready to grow in a warm, supportive environment.

The position is based in our Honeybees Room (nursery age). As the service has been open for less than a year and occupancy is still building, we’re open to part-time for the right candidate. Availability on Tuesdays and across our operational hours (7:00am – 6:00pm) is essential.

At Ascolta, you'll contribute to a child-led curriculum, work closely with a passionate team, and build strong relationships with families. Our approach blends Reggio Emilia, Montessori, and Inquiry-Based Learning in a free-flow environment with child-led mealtimes and play.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent

Availability across our operating hours

Available to work a minimum of 3 days a week (Tuesdays a must)

Previous experience in an Early Learning setting (essential)

A valid WA Working with Children Check

Current First Aid and CPR in an Education and Care Setting (or willing to obtain)

Full Australian working rights
