We have several opportunities for Support Workers (with or without a certificate ) and are offering casual and permanent employment options in Mornington, Frankston, Rosebud, Western Port, Rye and suburbs close to these areas.
We have 6 roles that are school hours friendly and would involve domestic assistance, social support and personal care with disability and aged care participants.
We are looking for team members who are committed to providing the best quality outcomes for our clients, are reliable and have flexibility across the week and weekends. Our Support Workers provide 1:1 support to our Aged and or Disability clients across the Mornington Peninsula working alongside our dedicated team of Nurses, Community Support Professionals and other partners. This role provides our clients their clinical and day to day support needs to reach their goals.
Whilst experience in the sector is preferred, on the job training is available to help you jump-start your career. A Certificate III or IV in aged care or disability is desirable but not essential as we have plenty of shifts for non-qualified workers!
The successful applicants will have a commitment to excellence, and an ability to work independently and within a team structure. You must be philosophically aligned with our vision and values, and be able to thrive in a constantly changing environment.

What you will need:
Essential
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Current First Aid certificate and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Smartphone with internet access
Proof of Working Rights in Australia
Up to date vaccinations
Excellent written and verbal skills in English
Highly skilled in the used of different technologies and open to new learning programs
High levels of empathy and a good understanding of business operational needs
Current valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Physical capability to assist with manual handling and personal care tasks
Availability for minimum 20 hours per week including some weekends
