Gema Group is looking for passionate and energetic hospitality professionals to join our team at AAMI Park! We have multiple casual positions available from Baristas, Retail Cooks, Bar Attendants, and Supervisors. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the chance to also participate in major events across Melbourne including the Formula One Grand Prix (F1), Avalon Airshow, and much more!

Position Available:

Baristas: Experienced Baristas for fast paced outlets.

Food Servery: Prepping and packaging food for grab and go service.

Bar Attendants: (RSA Mandatory) Serve beer from taps and RTD's in fast-paced bar setting.

Supervisors:(RSA Preferred) Leading a team of up to 15 staff, ensuring Food Safety and RSA standards are met throughout the event.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and exceeding guest expectations.

Demonstrate a professional work ethic, with a high standard of grooming and presentation.

Be willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

For bar staff, a current VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification is mandatory.

Experience in retail food or bar environments.

Available to work the following dates, below:

Thursday 7th of August

Friday 22nd of August

Friday 29th August

Additional Requirements:

No RSA required for Retail Food positions.

RSA required for all Bar Staff.
