Job Title: Retail Floor Leader

About the Role

As Retail Floor Leader at autObarn Upper Coomera, you’ll be the engine that keeps the retail floor running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for team supervision, task delegation, store standards, customer service, and daily operations.

You’ll be supported in your role by the Store Manager and Owner, and work closely with the Operations Manager to maintain high merchandising and stock presentation standards. It’s a role for someone confident leading by example, staying organised under pressure, and driving strong team performance.

This is a permanent full-time position, with consistent hours across weekdays and weekends on a 7-day rotating roster. Flexibility and availability across the full week is required.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Managing the retail floor and overseeing daily team operations

Delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and keeping priorities on track

Delivering great customer experiences and handling basic escalations

Driving team performance and promoting our Loyalty Program

Coordinating store merchandising and promotional setups

Overseeing Click & Collect and ensuring efficient stock replenishment

Supporting onboarding and training participation for team members

Ensuring store presentation, safety, and compliance standards are upheld

Communicating clearly and consistently via Slack and face-to-face updates

What We're Looking For:

3 years minimum experience in a retail leadership or supervisor role

Confident managing a team and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard

Organised, proactive, and hands-on in day-to-day operations

Committed to high levels of customer service and store presentation

Strong communication skills and the ability to keep things running smoothly

A loyal and committed team player who takes pride in their work and keeps others motivated

Able to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends

What We Offer:

$65,000 – $70,000 + super, depending on experience
