About the Role
We're on the lookout for caring, reliable, and experienced Support Workers to join our warm and welcoming team. You'll be supporting individuals — from children to adults — living with autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, or complex medical needs such as PEG feeding, medication assistance, and personal care.
Every shift is a chance to change a life — and to feel truly valued while doing it.
What You'll Be Doing
Helping participants with personal care, mealtime supports, transfers, and medications
Supporting young people with behaviours linked to neurodiversity (e.g. Autism, ADHD)
Encouraging community outings, independence, and life skills
Working closely with our compassionate nurse-led team for guidance and support

What You'll Need
A kind heart and strong work ethic
Driver's Licence (required)
Current National Police Clearance
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid & CPR
Certificate III or IV in Disability/Individual Support (or equivalent)
Minimum 6 months' experience as a support worker or similar role
Great communication and a team mindset
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance for client transport
Ability to perform manual handling tasks and assist with mobility transfers
