About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marine Crewing Officer to manage the end-to-end coordination of crewing for offshore marine operations. This is a hands-on role working closely with internal stakeholders, vessel crews, and clients to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient crew deployment and management.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the mobilisation and demobilisation of marine crew across multiple projects.

Maintain up-to-date records of crew certifications, medicals, inductions, and compliance documents.

Liaise with clients to confirm crewing rosters and project requirements.

Identify and recruit qualified personnel to meet operational needs.

Book travel, medicals, and training for crew as required.

Ensure compliance with AMSA, MLC, STCW, and EBA obligations.

Support onboarding and induction processes for new crew members.

Assist in maintaining internal systems such as OPMS for crewing and certification tracking.

About You

Demonstrated experience in a marine crewing or offshore logistics coordination role highly regarded.

Sound knowledge of industry qualifications and compliance requirements.

Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Familiarity with maritime EBA provisions, OPMS, and AMSA regulations preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Maritime Operations (or equivalent experience) advantageous.

Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia.

Ability to pass maritime security background checks.
