Excavator Operator
General Laborer

As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to perform various tasks such as excavation and site preparation. Safety is Paramount.

As a General Laborer, Previous Laboring experience and capable of reading plans and demonstrated ability to use Grund Omat.

All roles require a White Card, relevant tickets, and a commitment to workplace health and safety. Competitive pay rates available for the right candidates.

Excavator Operator (MUST HAVE IMP Ticket and VOC) Requirements:

Proven experience operating excavators with VOC in civil construction

Implement Traffic Managment Plans QLD Ticket - ESSENTIAL

Final trim and GPS experience preferred

Ability to safely dig around live services

Experience in trenching, bulk earthworks, and detailed excavation

Strong understanding of workplace health and safety (WHS) standards

White Card (General Construction Induction)

Enable NBN Card - Required

Relevant plant operator tickets (Excavator VOC)

Ability to work efficiently within a team and follow site plans.

ABN Required

Actively contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment

General Laborer:

Previous experience as a Laborer (min 3 yrs) must be confident in all aspects

Must be Confident using a Grund Omat

White Card + Full Drivers License

Enable NBN Card

Complying with all relevant safety regulations and company policies

Actively contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment

Experience spotting machinery and working around water and live services

Understanding of trench + Pitt safety

Physically fit and able to handle manual labor in all weather conditions

ABN Required

About the Roles:

The roster is Monday - Friday with additional Saturday work if required. 6:30 am starts with up to 10–12-hour days. These specific roles are ABN required, and you MUST have a Full Driver's License and white card.
The chosen candidates will be provided with shared accommodation. Jobsite is Classified as a Tier 1 site and safety is paramount! Drug and alcohol tests may be required.
