About us
Independent Living Centre Tasmania (ILCT) is a state-wide allied health service which services the disability sector, Aged Care, Motor Accident and Insurance Board (MAIB) and private clients. ILCT is a registered NDIS provider with offices in Launceston and Hobart.

About the role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of efficient and effective client services to enable ILCT to meet its business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
· Liaising with clients to plan and implement service agreements
· Maintaining busy inboxes, with queries, appointments and non-appointment services
· Providing administrative and operational support
· Assisting with health promotion activities
· Providing information and advice to customers, or prospective customers
· Providing support to the Allied Health Team to ensure quality client outcomes
· Undertaking other tasks such including reception duties, scheduling of appointments, invoicing and supporting the greater team in general.
About you:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration in an office environment
· Qualification in Business / Management e.g. Cert III Business Admin desirable
· Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a group environment
· A personal approach which is enthusiastic, friendly and helpful
· Strong prioritisation skills while maintaining a level of flexibility
· Attention to detail is a must
· Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
Essential:
National Police Check
Working with Vulnerable People Registration (Employment)
Current Driver’s Licence
