About the Role

We’re looking for a capable lawyer with at least 3 years post-admission experience who can confidently manage their own files within a team structure. You'll be working across Public Liability, Workers Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accident claims, and TPD matters.

This is an in-office role based in Parramatta. We are seeking someone who is ready to hit the ground running with an immediate start available.

You must have experience in:

Managing a high-volume personal injury caseload (60+ files)

Drafting and lodging Personal Injury Commission (PIC) applications

Preparing and submitting TPD claims to superannuation funds

Briefing counsel for hearings, conferences, and mediations

Drafting statements, affidavits, and other evidence

Attending directions hearings, conciliations, and mediations

Negotiating settlements and managing client expectations

Liaising with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and barristers

Reviewing medical reports and advising clients on liability and quantum

About You

✅ Admitted solicitor with a current NSW practising certificate

✅ Minimum 3 years post-admission experience in personal injury law

✅ Proficient in Public Liability, Workers Comp, MVA, and TPD

✅ Able to manage files confidently from start to finish

✅ Strong communication and file management skills

✅ Organised, proactive, and deadline-driven
