We’re a family-owned and rapidly growing commercial cleaning company based in Geelong, and we’re looking for a motivated and experienced window cleaner who can also take on the responsibility of Team Lead.

This is a dual role perfect for someone who has high attention to detail, takes pride in their work, and is ready to step up into a leadership position in the evening cleaning operations.

🔹 About the Role

Commercial and residential window cleaning – internal and external

Supervising and supporting night cleaning staff

Conducting site checks and quality control

Managing keys, alarms, and reporting any issues

Liaising with clients as required

🔹 What We’re Looking For

Experience in window cleaning

Great communication and people skills

Strong sense of responsibility and reliability

Police check (or willing to obtain one)

Driver’s license and own vehicle

Flexibility to work evenings (Mon–Fri)

🔹 What We Offer

$35–$40 per hour depending on experience
