About the Role

We’re searching for a Tax Accountant with 1–3+ years’ experience in public practice. You’ll work closely with senior accountants across compliance and advisory, gaining exposure to a wide variety of clients including individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships.

It’s a hands-on, client-facing role where your ideas are welcomed, your development is supported, and your personality doesn’t need to be left at the door.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare tax returns and financial statements across a mix of entity types

Support senior accountants with advisory and compliance work

Use Xero and cloud-based tools to streamline processes and improve outcomes

Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery

Contribute to a team culture that values both professionalism and a good laugh

About You

1–3+ years’ experience in public practice accounting or tax

Sound knowledge of Australian tax compliance

Experience using Xero

Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal

Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
