This is a 6-months temporary contract paying a day rate of up to $750/day + super, the ideal candidate can start immediately.

Your new role

This role is a talent and learning generalist, championing end-to-end learning initiatives from learning needs analysis, to design, facilitation and improvement. You will act as the business partner for Melbourne, localising global learning initiatives for the local population together with the team. You will also perform and deliver project plans in other areas of organisational development, such as employee experience, culture development, talent retention and more. Being comfortable engaging stakeholders will be key to this role as you will facilitate training and design the learning framework for all levels using the resources and systems they have.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you will have:

• Prior experience and achievements as a learning, talent or organisational development practitioner
• To be familiar with working in a large-scale matrixed environment
• To be energetic, engaging and independent
• Background utilising LMS and learning methodologies such as 70-20-10 model
