Position: Process Worker
Pay Rate: $30.13ph
Location: Sailsbury
Employment Type: Casual Full Time
Hours: Mondy to Friday 5am-1pm or 7am-3pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate and maintain a range of production equipment and machinery
• Ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality standards by following established procedures
• Work alongside a skilled production team to meet strict deadlines and output goals
• Conduct regular quality control checks and troubleshoot as needed
• Support continuous improvement efforts to streamline production and enhance performance

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proven ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving setting
• Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
• Familiarity with basic production machinery and processes
• Physically fit – capable of lifting to 25kg and standing for extended periods
