We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Accounts Payable Data Entry Officer to support our Accounts team with invoice processing and system entry. This is a 24-hour per week position, with flexible hours across 4 days, offered on a 6-month contract with potential for extension.

About the Role

Accurate and timely data entry of supplier invoices and credits into NetSuite

Match invoices to purchase orders and goods received

Follow up on discrepancies or missing information

Maintain organised records and assist with AP reporting

Support the wider finance team with administrative tasks as required

About You

Previous experience in Accounts Payable or high-volume data entry

Proficient in NetSuite (essential)

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

Excellent time management and communication skills

Proactive and reliable with the ability to work both independently and in a team
