About the role

Grant Walker Electrical Pty Ltd “GWE” is seeking a Licensed Electrician. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing maintenance services to NSW Public Schools. Would suit a Junior Tradesman . You wont even get dirty!. Hours 7am-3pm - local to where you live.

What you'll be doing

In this role you will be responsible for carrying out preventative and reactive electrical maintenance across the Sydney metro area , which will include lighting maintenance, emergency light testing, switchboard testing, running temporary power supplies, fault-finding, small installations and other related duties.

Reactive repairs

Pro-active Maintenance

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults

Maintain records and provide status updates

Contribute to the strong safety culture within the business

What we're looking for

Must hold a current NSW Electrical Licence

Minimum 1 years' experience

Current driver's licence

Ability to work independently

Accurately completely maintenance records and other paperwork

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety

Good communication and customer service skills
