About the role
Seeking a skilled and motivated full time Truck Body Fabricator Welder to join the team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MIG welding, TIG welding, and general fabrication work, along with a keen eye for detail. You will be a self-starter, able to work autonomously with a strong commitment to safety and the safety of others around you.

Key Responsibilities - including but not limited to

Fabricate tipper bodies in aluminum/steel

Perform chassis extensions

Fit lift axel kits

Measure and fabricate tipper subframes

Assemble and repair trucks, semi-trailers and heavy vehicles

Basic wiring of lights and reverse camera kits

Skills & experience

Minimum 3 year's experience

Have technical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret plans and drawings

Competent MIG, Oxy and Plasma skills and experience

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and strong hand and power tool skills

Demonstrated Body builder experience in heavy vehicles

Strong attention to detail and knowledge of health and safety regulations in a workshop environment.

$100k Plus Super on offer. Standard working hours of 7 am - 3 pm Monday to Friday with optional Saturday work paid at overtime. Tools provided.
