Job Description

Our OSHC services in Bunbury are looking for dedicated Educators to join our team in delivering fun and engaging programs for primary school children. These roles are permanent part-time and guarantee a minimum of 10 to 20 hours per week, with opportunities for extra hours during the school holidays.

About the Role

Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll help create a welcoming and enriching environment for children aged 5-12 years old. Your role will include:

Facilitating exciting, child-led activities, including STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts – whatever you and the kids love!

Building strong relationships with children, families, and the school community

Collaborating with a team of skilled Educators to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging program

You'll work split shifts Monday – Friday across the services opening hours of:

Morning: 6:30am – 8:45am (Rise then Shine Program)
Afternoon: 2:45pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program)
School Holidays: 6:00am – 6:00pm (Holiday HQ Program)

Who We’re Looking For

No formal experience? No problem! We’ll provide all the training you need. We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact
✔️ Communicates clearly and confidently
✔️ Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
✔️ Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
✔️ Has Australian work rights
