This represents an opportunity with a friendly accounting firm based in Brisbane CBD. This firm has been in operation for many years and provide their clients with services ranging from tax compliance to business services.

POSITION

Due to growth, the position of Part Time Accountant has been created.

This role can accomodate a 100% remote Accountant or a hybrid accountantwho is looking for flexibility.

There will be ad hoc visits required for training purposes and client visits.

• Tax compliance and advisory services to a SME client base (70%)
• End to end bookkeeping (30%)
• Direct client contact

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA (desirable)
• 3+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
• Based in South East QLD so they can attend the office for client visits and training - non negotiable
• Exceptional longevity and employment history (non negotiable)
• Previous experience working remotely from home
• Strong technical tax knowledge
• Excellent home internet
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Stable employment history
• Full working rights in Australia - overseas based candidates will NOT be considered
