What You’ll Do

As a Paediatric OT, you’ll support children and their families across various real-life settings, helping them achieve meaningful developmental, emotional, and functional goals. Your work may include:

• Functional assessments and intervention planning
• Sensory processing, play-based, and developmental therapy
• School readiness and fine/gross motor skills support
• Assistive technology and equipment prescription
• NDIS reports and goal setting
• Collaboration with families, schools, and support teams
• Optional: Home modifications and complex needs (if desired)

MLEA Kids is a mobile community-based service. We do not offer face-to-face therapy at our office—appointments are conducted in clients’ homes, schools, or community settings.

No two days are the same! Some might involve school or home visits, while others are spent connecting with families, writing reports from home, or collaborating with your multidisciplinary team.

Your Package Includes:

• Up to $110,000 salary (commensurate with experience)
• Full travel reimbursement
• Laptop, phone, CPD support
• $1,000 employee referral bonus
• Optional: Opportunities to expand into medicolegal OT if interested

Who You Are:

• AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
• At least 1 year of clinical experience (paediatric or community OT preferred)
• Passionate about paediatrics and family-centred practice
• Confident in assessment, report writing, and collaborating with teams
• Kind, curious, collaborative, and ready to grow
