Serious are looking for a repairs and maintenance person to repair and maintain our fleet of portable toilets and showers, ideally it is suited to a person who is very handy that has a fix anything attitude, the role would suit an ex-tradie, maintenance person or handyman. In this role you will also get to work with a team who are highly experienced and passionate individuals that will support you as you find your feet.

Serious Waste is a liquid waste removal company based in Yatala, locally owned & operated for over 20 years. We specialise in everything from Portable Toilet Hire, Bulk Liquid Waste Removal, Luxury Toilet Hire, Event Hire, Cleaning, Major Music and Sporting Events and loads more.

What is the role

This role is based at our Yatala depot and is primarily focused on repairs and maintenance of our hire fleet of toilets, showers and other related equipment, we also repair and maintain external customer fleet as well. As mentioned earlier this role is ideally suited to a hands-on type of person or someone with a trade or maintenance background.

What do you need

· Forklift licence necessary

· Previous experience in equipment repair and maintenance

· Be comfortable with tools

· Previous experience in hire industry or liquid waste advantageous

· Basic knowledge of plumbing and low-pressure water applications

· Repair and maintenance of our hire fleet

· Pre hire preparation of new fleet
