Being involved in the following on a daily basis, actively participating in or engaging with everyday activities and routines listed below:

Ordering of stock, processing of stock, merchandising and promotional set up, delegation of tasks between team members, ongoing team training and development, overseeing rosters and managing team attendance, managing POS, liaising with management.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure store targets are achieved through effective leadership, the management and training of a team of retail salespeople, this will involve but not limited to, building and maintaining close relationships, and ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered to our customers. Maintaining relationships with key suppliers and Management, the management of stock levels, controlling and achieving daily tasks, upkeeping a high level of store presentation.

Reporting to the Area Manager daily, to work towards the best business outcome.
