The Position
Provide individualised learning support to Children with high needs across all subjects in Primary levels. This position will work up to 25 hours per week, during school term time only.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with teachers to create individualised programs for identified high needs Children.
Provide support to Children to complete program requirements.
Liaise with Children's teachers in all subject areas.
Role Requirements
MUST have previous experience as an Integration Aide/Learning Support Assistant, experience working with autism spectrum preferred particularly young children (Ages 8-10)
Preferable ABA training and experience
Sound ability to assist Children with additional needs including, literacy, attention and behavioural needs.
Communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents.
Hold a valid Victorian Working with Children Check card.
