The Opportunity

As a Technical Lead – Network Security & Communications, you’ll join an experienced professional services team delivering secure, high-performance networks and advanced security solutions. You’ll act as a technical authority, lead complex projects, and support a diverse portfolio of clients — while mentoring peers and contributing to a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement and troubleshoot complex Layer 2/3 networks, WAN (MPLS, SD-WAN), VPNs, and security solutions.

Deploy and maintain Next-Gen Firewalls, NAC, endpoint security, and wireless networks across market-leading platforms (Cisco, Fortinet, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto).

Provide Tier 3 escalation support and act as a trusted advisor for complex technical challenges.

Assist with pre-sales scoping and contribute to high-level solution architecture.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, supporting team growth and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to deliver exceptional outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

✔️ 5+ years’ experience in advanced network and security engineering roles

✔️ Strong expertise in dynamic routing (BGP, OSPF), WAN, VPNs, wireless planning (Ekahau), and security technologies

✔️ Relevant industry certifications: Cisco CCNP, HPE Aruba ACSP/ACMP, Fortinet NSE4–8, Palo Alto PCNSE (or equivalent)

✔️ Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset

✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
