What you'll be doing

Prepare and cook a variety of cafe-style meals, including breakfast, lunch, and light baking.

Ensure all menu items are prepared to the highest standard using fresh, high-quality ingredients

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards

Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure efficient service and a positive customer experience.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a cafe chef or line cook in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Strong knowledge of cafe-style cuisine and a passion for creating visually appealing, delicious dishes

Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle the demands of a busy kitchen

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment

Proficiency in food safety and hygiene practices

Creativity and a willingness to experiment with new ingredients and menu ideas
