IT Operations /VOIP Platform Lead - 125K + Super - VOIP & AWS - WFH/Hybrid
We’re looking for a hands-on IT Operations /VOIP Platform Lead to take charge of our internal systems—specifically focusing on Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) and its integration with Salesforce. This role is ideal for someone passionate about cloud-based infrastructure and seamless tech operations that support our sales and service teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the support and optimisation of Genesys Cloud as our core phone and messaging platform
- Managing and enhancing Salesforce integrations, ensuring a seamless flow between systems
- Building and maintaining automation scripts and SSO/SAML configurations
- Owning AWS support tasks, user onboarding/offboarding automations, and key operational reporting
- Acting as a senior technical resource for cross-functional projects and L3 support
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience with Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) and Salesforce administration
- Strong scripting skills (e.g. Python) and automation know-how
- AWS support experience in an SME or mid-sized tech-driven environment
- A user-focused, process-improvement mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
