Your Role as Cosmetic Nurse + Dermal Therapist / 2IC:

Due to continued growth and strong client demand, we’re searching for an experienced Cosmetic Nurse + Dermal Therapist to step into a leadership position and be a key part of the clinic’s ongoing growth.

This is a rare opportunity to blend your passion for skin, injectables, and leadership in a clinic with a loyal client base, beautiful environment, and truly supportive culture.

You’ll:

Perform a range of injectable treatments, including Anti-Wrinkle, Dermal Filler, and Bio-remodelling

Deliver advanced skin treatments including IPL, PRP, HIFU, Skin Needling, Peels, and more

Create and implement personalised skin journeys and treatment plans

Confidently lead the clinic in the absence of the owner, supporting day-to-day operations

Mentor and guide junior therapists, supporting their growth and training

Take initiative in upholding high standards across client care, retail performance, and service delivery

Engage clients with confidence, building lasting relationships through trust, motivation and education

We specialise in advanced skin treatments, cosmetic injectables, cosmetic tattooing and holistic wellness treatments in a calm, luxe environment. Our clients love our personalised approach and the incredible results we achieve—while feeling completely looked after.

The Conditions:

Flexibility with Part-Time (minimum 3 days) or Full-Time availability (including some Saturdays)

Base wage + generous incentives

You’ll Be Perfect For This Role If You:

Are dual-qualified with current AHPRA registration and a Diploma or Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or Dermal Science qualifications

Have 2+ years’ experience in both clinical skin and cosmetic injectables

Are confident with injectables, PRP, IPL, HIFU, skin needling, peels and cosmeceutical skincare

Experience in retail sales, client rebooking, and treatment planning is essential

Love supporting and uplifting your team, and naturally take on a leadership role

Are energetic, enthusiastic, and truly love helping clients feel their best

Prior leadership or 2IC experience is highly regarded
