🌟 About the Role

We’re on the lookout for an experienced, passionate, and patient-focused Aesthetic Nurse to join our team at SILK Laser Clinics Cairns. This is a dynamic role for a skilled injector ready to deliver transformative results with confidence and care.

You’ll provide a range of non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including:

• Anti-wrinkle injections
• Dermal fillers
• PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
• PDO mono threads
• Belkyra treatments

You’ll also take the lead in assessing client needs, designing personalised treatment plans, and ensuring exceptional outcomes — all while working in a welcoming, high-performance environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced aesthetic treatments with precision, adhering to SILK’s clinical standards.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and create bespoke treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation.
• Manage client concerns with empathy and clinical professionalism.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to drive a seamless, premium client experience — including promoting skincare and laser services.

💼 What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 3–5+ years’ experience in clinical or aesthetic nursing (sales experience is a bonus).
• Current AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing.
• Postgraduate certification in Cosmetic Nursing (preferred).
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and modern injection techniques.
• Excellent time management, adaptability, and client communication.
• A passion for cosmetic results and delivering a five-star client journey.
