About the role

Evolve Roofing is seeking experienced Metal Roofing Tradesmen and enthusiastic Apprentices to join our growing team in Sydney , NSW. This is a full-time opportunity to work on a variety of exciting roofing projects and contribute to the success of our company.

What you'll be doing

Professionally install and repair metal roofing systems, including cutting, bending, and fixing metal sheets

Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of roofing projects

Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and plans

Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all safety protocols

Mentor and train Apprentices, passing on your expertise and industry knowledge

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our roofing processes and techniques

What we're looking for

Formal qualification in Metal Roofing or a related Building Trades discipline

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Metal Roofing Tradesman, with a proven track record of high-quality work

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately to specifications

Good problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team

Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach

A keen interest in continuously improving your skills and supporting the development of others

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to the Banksmeadow worksite
