Job Description

Investigating and diagnosing water ingress issues

Preparing substrates using tools such as floor grinders, jackhammers, and hand tools

Applying a range of waterproofing systems

Carrying out remedial repairs to balconies, rooftops, planter box's, bathrooms, and façades

Interpreting scopes, reports and plans on-site

Working alongside engineers and property managers

Maintaining a clean, safe and professional work environment

Communicate clearly with clients, site managers, and internal team

What we’re looking for:

Preferable experience in remedial waterproofing or similar trade

Ability to prepare substrate ready for application of waterproofing system.

Can work on your own and part of a team

Ability to follow detailed scopes and deliver high-quality workmanship

Good communication skills and reliable work ethic

White Card

Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Bonus if you have:

Working at Heights or EWP ticket

Experience in tiling, caulking, or concrete repair

Familiarity with waterproofing products like Ardex, Sika, Tremco GCP Applied Technologies.
