About the Role
My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a large industrial project.
Valued at $20M, this approximately 1500m² build will require exceptional leadership and attention to detail.

The successful applicant will have extensive experience in Industrial or Commercial construction, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience managing projects between $10mil - $20mil.
Candidates with specialised expertise in industrial projects such as data centres, warehouses, pharmaceutical plants, abattoirs, or food processing facilities will be highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting daily inductions for subcontractors, plant operators, and machinery.
• Overseeing all OHS requirements onsite, ensuring safe work practices are strictly adhered to.
• Managing and coordinating all subcontractors and associated works.
• Delivering fortnightly reports and project look-aheads to stakeholders.
• Ensuring all works meet strict Quality Assurance standards and are completed to a high level of finish.

About You
To excel in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Site Manager delivering Industrial or Commercial projects valued between $10M and $20M.
• Strong background in industrial builds, including data centres, warehouses, pharmaceutical facilities, or similar.
• Proven ability to lead teams and subcontractors to deliver quality outcomes safely and on time.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage all aspects of the project effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
