The Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to high-impact projects across diverse sectors. This role offers the unique opportunity to work within the Trinity Group's innovative profit-sharing and employee ownership structure.

Key Responsibilities

Design and analysis of structural steel systems for low to medium-rise buildings

High-rise structural design and analysis (preferred)

Facade engineering and curtain wall systems

Heritage building assessments and structural investigations

Existing asset evaluations and remediation planning

Structural testing protocols and compliance certifications

Advanced testing methodologies and expert analysis

Client relationship management and project leadership

Mentoring junior engineers and technical staff

Essential Requirements

Structural Steel Expertise: Minimum 5+ years experience in structural steel design and analysis

Facade Systems: Experience with curtain walls, cladding systems, and building envelope design

Low to Medium-Rise: Proven track record in commercial and residential projects up to 10 stories

Heritage/Existing Assets: Experience with heritage building assessments, structural investigations, and remediation

Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering

Preferred - Charted Engineer

Proficiency in structural analysis software (SpaceGass, Ram Concept, Etabs/Strand or similiar)

Strong understanding of Australian Building Codes and Standards

Highly Desirable

High-Rise Experience: Structural design for buildings 10+ stories

Experience with advanced testing methodologies

Heritage building restoration projects
