About the role

We are seeking a skilled Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic team at Boulder Parts & Towing in Kalgoorlie, WA. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of parts and supplies to our customers. With your exceptional product knowledge and customer service focus, you will be instrumental in keeping our operations running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

Interpreting customer requirements and identifying the appropriate parts and accessories to meet their needs

Sourcing and ordering parts from suppliers in a timely manner

Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels

Providing excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone

Assisting with the unloading, storage, and organisation of incoming parts and supplies

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective parts distribution

What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience in a parts interpretation or similar automotive role

Perfect Job for a Mechanic looking for a change

Strong product knowledge and the ability to identify the correct parts and accessories

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in inventory management and stock control
