About the Role We’re seeking a qualified Commercial Valuer with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join our Adelaide team. You'll be responsible for undertaking valuations across a broad range of commercial property sectors including office, retail, and industrial.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Completing market valuations for a variety of commercial properties
• Preparing high-quality, compliant valuation reports for major clients and institutions
• Working closely with senior leadership and directors on large-scale projects
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Staying up to date with market trends and contributing to team insights

About You

• Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) with a minimum of 3 years' commercial valuation experience
• A strong understanding of the Adelaide property market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Motivated, collaborative, and commercially minded
