Architectural/Senior Technician | Brisbane | $90,000 to $110,000 + Super

We’re working with a respected Brisbane Architecture studio that’s known for smart, considered architecture and a collaborative team culture. They’ve built a reputation for delivering high-quality work across residential, mixed-use, health, and education projects — and they’re now looking to add a talented Architectural Technician to their growing team.

You’ll work closely with Project Architects and Associates across multiple stages of documentation and delivery. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, refining details, and making sure what’s designed can actually be built.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading documentation packages from DD through to Construction

Producing detailed, buildable drawing sets in Revit (essential)

Coordinating with consultants and services teams

Resolving construction detailing, materials, and junctions

Supporting contract admin and responding to RFIs during delivery

Ensuring drawings are clear, consistent, and technically sound

You’ll have the opportunity to own your work, be trusted to get on with it, and contribute to meaningful projects that are well-designed and thoroughly delivered.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience as an Architectural Technician or Draftsperson

Strong Revit documentation skills across medium to large-scale projects

Solid understanding of BCA/NCC compliance, codes, and standards

Confident in consultant coordination and construction-stage support

Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator

Previous experience on education or multi-res projects will be highly regarded
