About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Lead to provide expert strategic and operational leadership across our dedicated clinical division. About You
You are a highly motivated and experienced nursing professional, passionate about delivering excellence in clinical care and leadership. You bring a strong strategic mindset, outstanding communication skills, and a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams through complex change.
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and minimum 5 years' experience and at least 5 years in a nurse leadership position
Demonstrated leadership in managing health services, resources, and teams
Skilled in conflict resolution, decision-making, and quality improvement initiatives
Strong knowledge of healthcare legislation, project frameworks, and clinical governance
- Drive strategic, operational and clinical leadership across dynamic health services
- Lead and empower high-performing teams to deliver quality, patient-centred care
- Shape systems that improve outcomes and support healthy workplaces
- Lead as part of a senior operational and clinical leadership team
- Preferably with MH experience but will consider a Nurse Leader with strong background leading complex clinical services and large specialised clinical teams
