Our Opportunity

As we continue to expand and grow our team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Surveyor to join the Linke & Linke team working on challenging and complex projects based in and around Sydney. There is also the opportunity for FIFO opportunities in rural NSW. All our roles give the successful candidate the opportunity to utilise and further develop their Surveying and Project Management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing fieldwork, calculations, data processing, including liaison with clients and communication with the business.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated Surveyor with the following:

Qualifications in Surveying recognised in Australia

Demonstrated successful experience in a surveying role covering a range of projects

Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment and software.

An eye for detail and thorough checking work to ensure accuracy

Demonstrated ability to manage projects or a team will be highly regarded

Excellent time management skills

Ability to collaborate with other professionals, requiring the ability to work effectively in a team and share information

Good communication skills - Surveyors need to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences, which requires clear and concise verbal and written communication

Ability to attend to the needs and concerns of clients, team members, and stakeholders is essential for building trust and resolving potential issues

As you would work in different environments and with various clients, this role requires the ability to adjust communication style and approach to suit different situations

Ability to work overtime if required and being able to adapt to different sites / locations

A valid Australian Driver’s licence or ability to drive in Australia and travel / Police Check / Drug testing may be required
