We’re hiring a Full-time Supervisor to work across both our Highpoint and Watergardens restaurants. You’ll complete your training at our busy 24-hour Highpoint location, preparing you to step confidently into a leadership role that supports both venues.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Championing Customer Experience:
Above all, you’ll be setting the standard for what exceptional service looks like. You’ll lead by example, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and wowed — every time.

Running the Floor:
From the front-of-house to behind the scenes, you’ll keep the restaurant humming. You’ll guide your team through each shift, ensure service is seamless, and solve problems with professionalism and poise.

Coaching & Development:
You’ll be a key part of training and mentoring staff, supporting their growth, and helping them thrive in a positive and high-performing team environment.

Operational Leadership:
You’ll take ownership of daily operations, helping the Restaurant Manager deliver smooth, successful shifts while hitting service, presentation, and quality standards.

Previous Hospitality Experience: Ideally in a leadership role, but we value attitude and customer-focus above all.
