CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES:

Ocean Shores, NSW – Flexible Hours

Brunswick Heads, NSW – Friday to Sunday (8am to 3.30pm)

Murwillumbah, NSW – Flexible Hours (1 x 16 hour shift every 5 days)

Tweed Heads South, NSW – Weekdays afterschool care and weekends

Woodburn, NSW – Monday to Friday (5.30am to 8.45am and 3.45pm to 5.30pm)

About the Roles:

Provide high-quality care and educational support in the child’s home environment

Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities tailored to individual children’s needs

Work collaboratively with families and the IHC Team

Maintain safety, documentation, and daily routines in line with regulatory requirements

What You Need:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (JP verified)

First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (current)

Working With Children Check NSW

ABN and Public Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Police Clearance (less than 6 months old)

Child Protection Refresher (current)

Public liability insurance (once successfully placed)

Confidence working independently in home settings

Passion for child-led learning and inclusive practice

Experience supporting children with additional needs is highly desirable
